About Us
It's crazy how this brand came about. I've been thinking about creating my own Skateboard company since I began taking street skateboarding serious back in Winter 2016. It's crazy how I started my own brand before I was even able to do simple Skate Tricks Down Stairs or anything. Then In Summer 2017 I actually decided that I wanted to actually get the brand off the ground then after that happened I wanted to "UP" the brand a little bit more by Making BeastCoast Skate Co. Into a Skate Team, And here at BeastCoast Skate Co. We're always looking for new members no matter where you're from we don't even care if you're a New skateboarder from Australia that can't do a simple Ollie or a Pro Skateboarder from America who can Do Switch Lasers down a 10 Stair. I just feel that everyone deserves to be on a skate team no matter how good you skate. Take me for an example, I suck at Street Skateboarding, and I Just hate how the Ollie is the foundation for almost Every Street skate Trick. Here's a little story of me. My Uncle Owns a Skate park and Board shop in North Carolina and his Skate park is 75% Vert/Tranny style, So When I first started Skateboarding I was used to Dropping in on Half-pipes doing Grab Tricks and Spins since I spent most of my Skateboarding life in his skate park. When I first Moved to South Carolina I notices that there's not any Vert/Tranny Skate Spots so now I have to adapt and get used to Skating Street. Matter of fact before I left North Carolina my uncle told me, "Shawnn There's Not many Skate Spots In South Carolina like the ones you're used to, So the only way you will be able to continue enjoying the life of skateboarding is to start skating Street, and as a Street skater you will have to learn how to Ollie higher and Learn more Technical Tricks such as the Ollie, Because When You're a Street Skater The whole world is you're Skate park. And in this Skate-park there will be no Tail Grabs and Nose Grabs through tall half-pipes, In This Worldwide Skate park there are Kick-flips and Shuv-its on flat-ground and stairs. So make the world your Skate park and take advantage of every aspect of it." And ever since that day I pushed myself to learn how to Master technical tricks Such as the Treflip and The Ollie and someday go pro.
-But it's 2018 now and I'm Still A Trashy Street Skateboarder :)
